With several banks, religious places, schools, shopping destinations, restaurants hospitals and a host of other attractions at your fingertips, Span Tower 21 is an ideal solution to your housing needs.

Span Tower is a brand name synonymous with spacious apartment units. Span Tower 21 too is designed to give the maximum use of the available space to the customer. Apartment units will be available beginning at 930 sq ft spanning to 1085 sq ft, 1525 sq ft, to 2085 sq ft.

The apartments will be fitted with either tile or timber flooring with the doors made entirely out of wood. The kitchen too will be equipped with quality pantry cupboards with granite tops, cooker with oven pods and other facilities to make life easier for the user. The bathroom too will be fitted with porcelain floors and wall tiles, luxury fitting with shower cubical, etc.

Span Tower 21 will also be equipped with fire protection and detection system to offer further security and peace of mind to the residents. One speed passenger elevator and one stairway will also be available for the residents’ use. Span Engineering also offers one year maintenance free of charge with a few exceptions.

In addition, the complex will feature a rooftop entertainment area, rooftop swimming pool, rooftop gymnasium, rooftop garden, rooftop barbeque pavilion, rooftop washroom, a standby generator for the common area and a common room for drivers located within the ground floor.

Span Tower 21 will also offer 24 hour security service, video system from security point to apartment and other features to ensure maximum security to you and your loved ones.
